I don't know what to do, I already contacted the seller with screenshots of the tracking that wouldn't update, but thats before I checked it now and its updated saying it was delivered to my postcode. I feel the courier gave my package to someone else in this area, as when they checked the sat nav it says the co ordinates were correct and it was delivered. The courier company that delivers parcels on behalf of Yanwen in the UK is Yodel so I contacted them via their helpdesk and they said the details that I gave them did not match the tracking information they had. I was shocked because I was at home all day I even went downstairs to check my post and there was nothing there. The following day on Monday the tracking did not update at all until this evening to say it had been delivered around 11:24 in the morning. On Sunday when I checked the tracking on Track17 it arrived in the destination country, in the tracking for Yanwen they also provided a tracking for the courier company who would deliver it within my country (Yodel) when I tried to check it it didn't update at all. So I ordered from DHgate. The seller shipped it fairly quickly maybe 2hrs after I had paid but instead of using ePacket (which was the only option for shipping) they used Yanwen (which are awful BTW) ![]()
